This week on Tuesday we went for the third lesson in our series of trampolining lessons. We have currently learned the basic move - 'tuck', 'pike', 'straddle', and moved onto practicing 'seat-drops'. The children are all making great progress and we are seeing some really good performances. Trampolining is a great way of keeping fit as it excerises so many of the main muscle groups.
