Today we are doing our 'Space' topic and looking at the planet Jupiter. Here are some fantastic facts our class have discovered:
Toby: Jupiter rotates faster than any other planet.
Courtney / Cayman / Kai: Jupiter has sixteen known moons!
Stephen: Jupiter has a great red spot!
Alexander: Jupiter is the fifth planet from the sun!
Benjamin / Robert: It has a thin dust ring round its middle.
Emily: It takes 12 years to go once around the sun.
Cameron: Jupiter is the biggest planet in our solar system!
Sophie / Isabelle : Jupiter is 11 times bigger than Earth.
Alex:Different gases make belts of colour in Jupiter's atmosphere
Isabella: The Great Red Spot is a huge storm of swirling gases.
